It's a shame that such talented actors are wasted on this Trainwreck of a theatre. Avenue Q, although it had fantastic talent, was ruined by constant visual/audio glitches, a band that clearly had no idea how to play for live actors(constantly off beat during songs, at one point the actor had to TURN AROUND AND SIGNAL THE BAND TO PLAY THE CORRECT NOTE), absolutely no volume control or normalization( who thought it was a good idea to play a high pitched beep at full volume in a cramped room?), stage lighting that would never point at the stage(but they'll point it straight in your eyes no problem) the list goes on... If you are looking for the equivalent of a movie theatre, or entertainment for a bunch of drunks, this playhouse may have what you're looking for. But if you have any appreciation for theatre or art I'd stay far away from this place.
PS turn the fog machine off? Are you trying to choke out your audience? And don't start your production by begging your audience to like your show, maybe try doing a good job and let your work stand...

I would say they need to allow family’s to sit in the stadium seats so they could have a better viewing experience, specially for the...
