Big Jim’s Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The food is ok..but the service is horrible the two Asian ladies working there had an aditude from the start. I asked for ice coffee with whipped cream and the lady said $1 extra wich I said fine I want it ,she gives me my drink with no whp on it and got mad when I said something about it,started yelling at me ,that's the short Asian lady with glasses she is so horrible,very racist,even started yelling at another customer that was eating there just because she was agreeing with me .told her to stop speaking in Spanish, when she was speaking in her own language with the other rude lady. The worst service ever I don't recommend this place , donuts are good, food ok but very bad service,to a point that people outside the business heard her yelling and said the same thing that there service is so bad and are very rude...don't know how ther open with that service that they provide to the customers they really need to change...

Big Jim's Donuts are the BEST!!! It was my first time visiting today, but my coworker always brings Big Jim's Donuts' croissant sandwiches and donuts for a while; now I totally get the hype! I’m honestly blown away by everything....from their simple smooth espresso to the incredibly fresh food.

Big Jim’s has parking and it’s seriously a way better bang for your buck compared to Maison Matho on Melrose Ave (even though I can walk there from work). While Maison Matho has the French "aesthetic", I end up spending way too much money there for just a "unique" coffee and a small pastry. Meanwhile, Big Jim’s Donuts delivers QUALITY... their croissants are fresh and to die for, their croissant sandwiches are delicious, and their espresso (including Vietnamese Coffee) is just what I need!

Plus, they got variety: fresh juices, smoothies, sandwiches, donuts… what more could anyone ask for?

went in today and the two ladies up front had a attitude from the start , my mom ordered a hazelnut iced coffee she asked for whipped cream and the lady said ok $1.00 charge she said ok no worries right when the coffee was made it was incorrect there was no whipped cream and the short lady started yelling and arguing with us this is the second time this has happened and she never pays attention when ur ordering so she got mad at us over her mistake and was trying to charge me a $1.00 for my mom whipped cream she been asked for. both ladies there one with a ponytail and a short lady had the worst attitude ever they even started arguing with this hispanic lady that was speaking Spanish telling her to shut up and stop talking acting very racist towards her she wasn’t doing anything but drinking her coffee idk why ur at work if you hate your job i dont recommend...
