California Bowl — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If i could Could give triple zero to this restaurant i woukd be so happy . We came to order something to eat for dinner got out of work very tired and hingry. Csme in the latino gorl witj dark waivy or curly hair wax mopping tge floor . We Tried to order food She was not even looking at us when ordering . I was reading the menud to decide what i wanted to order for my dinner. Shd was very pushy asking what i was going to oedered , i adked her to please give me a second to decide, she just rolled her eyes and threw a key on the counter very agressively and wslked away leaving us standing and continued mopping the floors, i asked her if she was having a bad day because she was not even looking at us when we tried to place the ordered . She was very rude and her tone of voice was very agressive . She said that shexwas in pain ! That was the excuse for behaving the way she did. Regardless of what an employee is going throught it is important To alwsys make ferl your customers welcomed and at least pretend to be polite and friendly even if u are in pain . Best thing is call your supervisor and ask to be sent home if ur not feeling ok to provide good customer service . Yes you gey paid to provide customer servive not to be ride to customers. Well sadly I can disagree with a lot of people positive reviews. Worst experience I had for my 30min break, I work at children's hospital down the street from this location. The min I walk in, I already knew I was not gonna like the place. The cashier is not friendly and looked like she hated her job. Did not feel welcome. When my food was deliver by someone else I asked if I can get spicy mayo. Much for my surprise she said its 50cents each how many you need. I looked at her and was like so suprice to paid for spicy mayo specifically when it's free at any sushi restaurant you dine in. I guess coming from a middle class neighborhood in Burbank the quality in LA restaurant does not include the spicy mayo.😂🤣 I wounder if I asked for the soy sauce and ginger that you eat the sushi with, if I have to pay...

This is why you shouldn’t trust Google reviews. Seeing it at over 4 stars and 260+ reviews is concerning to say the least. I wanted cheap tempura so I went here. Got the spicy ramen bc it was $7 and I’d figured I’d try it. The tempura was that basic fast food style I wanted, a little doughy and a few confusing veggie choices. The ramen was worse than Top Ramen in quality and flavor, took one bite of the mushy noodles and knew I wouldn’t be wasting the calories on it.
