OK, so everyone knows The Westfield Topanga Mall, located at 6600 Topanga Canyon Blvd in Canoga Park, has every shop you can imagine plus more to come. But did you know about the outdoor mall across the street called The Village? This place is awesome, not just for the great stores and restaurants like Lucille's Bar-B-Que, Dan's Chinese food, grab some sushi at Katsuya and Wokano, try the best Mexican food at XOC Tequila Grill, or get a steakhouse vibe at JOEY. Casual dining experiences include Cava, Veggie Grill, or Sweetfin, just to name a few. And if you want to wrap things up In one sweet bow, you can easily just go to Sloans. They’ve got a wide selection of ice cream and candy. For the health conscious like me, they've a fresh smoothie shop, the 24-hour fitness and the hot eight yoga center is on the second level For the value seeking needin to buy in bulk there's even a Costco Wholesale warehouse on the far end. They’ve even got a state of the art VR laser tag facility called Sandbox as well as an outside play area for children with netting and frog lily pad like shapes for the kids to climb and play on safely while their parents watch or shop nearby. And if that weren’t enough there's even a brick & mortar Amazon Fresh site across the street. But the best part of all is you never have to worry about where you leave your car as there is always plenty of parking. You are after all at the mall…duh ツ Christon

I always have a good time coming to the Village. I ate at Wokcano, Joey, Laren Steakhouse, Lucille, the famous burger place when it was here and now today at XOC Tequila Grill. I also stopped by the bignet box store as well. However today was the first time I had to go to the Parking Office which is behind where 24hr Fitness is. When I was pulling into the parking structure, the car in front of me was waiting for his parking ticket and it took like 5 minutes to come out. When we went through, I pulled up and was about to press the button for the parking ticket as well but the gate arm went up so I drove forward without getting a ticket. So I went to the Parking office to make sure I won't get charge when I leave and they told me to just press the call button so they'll open the gate arm for me. The Topanga Village is a very nice and peaceful place to walk around. The parking is also free for like an hour and a half.

Update: It's getting worse - instead of putting more umbrellas they installed these mist machines that don't make the environment cooler but they make it more humid - the majority of chairs get wet. Securities walking around but never control people riding bikes and e scooters. People often start smoking cigarettes and nobody gives them any warming. The restaurants around are ok for the most part and the area gets crowded on weekends. They don't even bother to claim this business on Yelp lol which shows a lot. The great area that could have been managed better. Great area. The only outdoor area worth going to in the Valley imho. The only downside is people start smoking cigarettes and securities don't do anything about it. Plus they dont have enough outdoor umbrellas so its hard to stay for a long time under the burning sun

Well decorated, lots of shops for food, ice cream, candy, drinks, clothing, utensils and what not. Costco is on premise. A variety of restaurants and quick eateries, I loved their bright colored decorations, nice ambience, kids friendly areas, and ample parking space. Can be extremely crowded during holidays. A nice place to hangout.

This is the best shopping experience in the valley. Joey's is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. The food is tasty. The village never fails. You can walk around and see famous people. The Kardashians are often here. I personally don't care for stars, but I love people. The people here are awesome 👌.

Ghetto. Car broken into while dining at Joey’s during peak hours… the lack of security/safety for its patrons is super concerning. I won’t be back… AND of course, no actual phone number to contact Topanga Village. Do better.
