Shady people working here. Be very careful when buying any sort of jewelry from them. My husband bought my engagement ring here back in November of 2019 and Vahan told us the ring came GIA certified which it didn't. Instead he told us it does come with a AGS certification, which we were fine with. He emailed me a copy of the AGS certification and I thought nothing of it until today. I never got to have the ring appraised but today I went in to see a gemologist and I found out some alarming news. What we originally thought was a Cushion brilliant E color & SI1 clarity ring was actually an H color & SI1 ring. The reason we found out was because the certification he sent to us didn't match the laser inscription on the diamond. He charged us for an E color diamond when we were sold an H color and on top of that he sent us a fake certification. I've called multiple times asking for a receipt and they won't provide me one. They told me they don't keep receipts from 2019. I've always had issues with them but I never thought they would stoop to this level. Pretty pathetic for a "reputable" jeweler. I ordered a Seiko watch for my husband, for our wedding anniversary. I did a lot of research, but was a little late to the party with ordering because I came down with Covid.
