I was SUPER EXCITED to try this place as to having people tell me its really good. Unfortunately I wasnt able to. 2 weeks ago I made a reservation for this place so my husband and I could Celebrate our 17th Wedding Anniversary and set the reservation for 8:30pm. A week prior to our Anniversary I called the Restaurant to make sure that everything was good and that the time i reserved was okay. I was told that it was fine. Fast forward to the Day of our Anniversary 9/10, I Literally get a call EXACTLY 1 Hour ( 7:30pm ) before We Arrive asking if i can change the reservation to 8pm due to the fact that the Kitchen closes at 8pm ( also while i am on the phone With the Girl i get an email notification saying that my reservation was canceled by the restaurant way before I even started speaking with her). I told the woman who had called me that i couldnt do it due to the fact that we live 30 mins. Away and i wasnt even ready. By the time we got there would be the time our reservation would be. The girl than goes and says okay than i am canceling the reservation have a good day and hung up. I would have thought that she would have asked if i wanted to change it to another day ( which i would have ), and also wouldnt you check the company that you are using to make sure that they dont have the reservations set up all the way to 10pm? It still shows today 9/11 that you can reserve up to 10pm. So if you plan on coming, MAKE SURE that the times are right and the staff memeber you speak with knows the times and also another staff member to try and help the customer on what they can do to help or to...
Read moreMy wife and I came here to eat dinner with my sister. I made reservations ahead of time before coming here. We arrived exactly at the reservation time when checking in with the host. They didn't have anyone dining inside but a couple of people dining outside so my wife wanted to eat there. We got a nice table near their glass viewing and it was in the shade. The first waiter came with water for us and then someone else came with the chips. We thought the chips and the salsa was good, the chips were fresh and warm. Then a waitress came to take our order and my wife got her red chicken Mole while I got the Arrachera steak at medium rare. It didn't long for our food to come out and it also came with tortilla too. My wife really loved her chicken Mole and said it was her all time favorite. I thought my steak at medium rare was tender, juicy and seasoned perfectly. I was going to get fries instead of the chicken Enchilada but my wife wanted it so I kept it as is. My wife didn't really like the chicken Enchiladas and I didn't bother to try it. The service was very slow after we got our food. I had to wait a while to get a refill on my drink and then to ask for box. The waiter who brought us water was just chatting with another guest at their table and I could never get his attention. Our waitress barely came to check on us and I had to flag her down to get the check. We would come back but I hope the service will be better if we...
Read moreWe arrive around 7 p.m. with five adults. We had to wait about 5 minutes simply because you wanted to sit outside and not inside. Our waiter was Pablo and he was extremely friendly and personable. Immediately had chips and drinks. We asked for the tableside guacamole and one of the chef came out and made it at the table for us based upon our guacamole preferences. The chef went above and beyond for us when we asked what a specific sauce was he went to the kitchen and brought back a sample. This was a common theme during the night when we had other questions about sausage. I ordered be steak enchiladas with mole sauce which came with a side of refried beans and rice. The race was possibly the best Spanish rice I have had. It was very flavorful and was not greasy. The mole sauce was also delicious. I am not a huge favor of spicy foods and this was the perfect option for me. My dinner companions however, love spicy foods and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of the pickled jalapenos that came with one of the dishes. The only awkward part of the night was that there was a photographer who came around to take pictures of the tables and offered a free postcard to take home with us with a collage of our pictures on it. The pictures were simple snapshots and were overpriced , we did not buy one . This is a very good restaurant the wait staff were very friendly and prompt. The food...
