I was not aware that no pets were allowed. I made a reservation online through Agoda website. When I arrived the younger receptionist handed me the white slip to fill out my information. There was a question on the slip asking for pets . It was a yes or no question about pets. I circled yes because i did have my sons chichuahua in the vehicle that my son was going to pick up . Immediately, the young receptionist got rude and told me he couldn't let me stay. I explained to him I was just going to put my stuff in quickly and that the dog would remain in the car with my husband. He told me the dog couldn't even be in the parking lot. That's when I asked for his supervisor , which it was the older gentleman in the lobby . The shorter gentleman switch to the desk and he was actually worst than the younger man. I attached a video clip . The supervisor is the man behind the glass. I pleaded with the supervisor to just allowed me to check in because I waited outside for 3 hours for the booking since im currently homeless as of today AND I just wanted to check I'n put my stuff in because I need to be at work by 4pm. I told him I would leave the dog with my husband in the car . Supervisor would not even allow it .So I told him i would tell my husband to go outside to the sidewalk outside the hotel property . I sent out my adult son to tell his father the situation and to go outside the permises of the property and to wait for me outside in the sidewalk of the street. My husband did so as instructed. He went to the sidewalk with the small chihuahua to the sidewalk out of the parking structure. Meanwhile, I stood there with my son in front of the supervisor, who was behind the glass window of the desk for about 15 min . After 15 min, he asked me what I was waiting for . And I responded, waiting for my room . I was under the impression that he was checking us in because he was on his phone and computer and had asked for an additional $150 that was going to be charged to my debit. I had handed him my debit card plus 3 I.Ds that he had asked for. He seemed to be working on our check-in. This supervisor was very rude and incentive to my situation. He told me that my situation was not his problem. He then told me he was going to refuse the service because my husband i.d is expired 😒. I literally wasted 25 min with them in the lobby to be refused services . With no immediate refund . He told me I had to call it in and cancel it myself. Also, another gentleman needed remote access to the parking structure to go inside and supervisor rudely told him he was not allowed to go in at the time. I founded very odd that they asked me to provide for everyone's i.d ... I have booked in several places and they only asked for the number of individuals never for the i.d's and this was very odd.. I had reserved for 3 online. Now it's making me think they look for any reason to deny reservations . I need my refund back ! Now I'm wondering that if according to their policies due to having my dog in the car plus my husband's expired I.D they will not refund my hard earned money . I paid about $100 through the Agoda website which was my first time booking through it .

I stayed in this hotel with terrible service only 3 hours at Friday December 8th. I left the hotel , then immediately realized that I forgot my charger, I called back ( a maid didn’t clean room yet) , and the hotel worker let me grab my charger. But I forgot my beautiful, almost new coat in the closet! I recollected about it only later in the evening in the same day, and immediately called to the hotel. The another worker answered to me that I can come only in the morning, that right now everything is closed. I asked him to check the room and find my coat , he said that he checked but didn’t find my coat. He told that possibly the maid put my coat in the room of lost things. Then I called on the next day ( I explained that I live far , and it’s not simple for me to arrive in the morning ). Finally in Saturday the guy called me and told me that my coat in the hotel ( he described my coat in details!) , and I can pick it up at Sunday only before 4 pm. I could not arrive before 4 pm, so on the next day i was calling several times nobody picked up the phone , then I arrived after 4 pm it was Monday. Then in person Another worker asked me how much my coat cost , I replied him. This man told me that the room right now closed and he can’t give me my coat. He left the message, that I will arrive on next day to pick up my coat , and today in Tuesday i first time heard women's voice ,a lady called to me from the hotel and tried to prove me that she was in tbe hotel in Saturday and supposedly she dont know who could call me , informed me that there no any coat she found. I stressing out!! I already speng my time and gas to driving there and back to my home!! She promised call back but didn’t call back and didn’t pick up the phone. I think I will arrive there and call to police. I will sue the workers of this hotel for giving me severe stress, for constant lie and for stealing my belongings.

1. **NO BREAKFAST SERVED** and I guess not since COVID-19, THREE YEARS AGO!! 2. Dead cockroaches everywhere 3. Noise from nearby freeway 4. Questionable stains 5. Noisy bed 6. Useless soap I booked two executive rooms ($140/night x2) though it sounds like I over-paid according to other reviews. One downstairs on the north side and one upstairs on the south side. The downstairs doors had visible light coming through under the door which allows the cockroaches and other unwanted guests perfect access. Dead cockroaches were found legs up all over the floor. A very live earwig was discovered on the wall. Noise from the freeway could be heard through the large glass door to the patio which caused sleep disruption. The sofa beds in the executive suite looked like they were pulled from the dumpster and contained questionable stains on the cushions and mattress. A questionable red splatter was discovered on the ceiling. The beds were spring loaded and creaked every time someone rolled over. Bring your own soap! The stuff in the rooms does not lather so it takes three times as much to get the job done. The refrigerator was not plugged in so I didn't test it. Now to the good stuff: 1. my crew only needed to sleep there one night 2. The tile floors and shower were nice and 3. the toilet worked
