I walked in and they told me that I have to have a mask. I explained that I have immunity as I had Covid and my doctor specifically said that I have immunity. In addition I explained that due to my low oxygen levels it is not safe for me to wear one. I was told that “we can’t have you in here”. I support a business as private property owners, if they want to require this. I do not however expect to be discriminated against due to health concerns beyond my control especially in the face of someone to be rude as a result thereof and completely overlooking common sense! Furthermore, In spite of me going into this place to support a local business verses the corporate competitors, I would think that my business would be appreciated. I was there to buy an entire gaming system, controllers, as well as a handful of games and possibly a TV. I have witnessed first-hand what this government propaganda has done in the way of destroying the small businessman and like to help. However, the small businessmen need to help themselves. Throwing out a paying customer for not wanting to endanger themselves due to a “plannedemic” with a death rate of .002% and far less to people under the age of 63 years old, not a good look. This is exactly why the American businessman will be rooted out, the spineless sheep that roll over to every once of propaganda that comes out of the magic box in the living room! Think for yourself and STOP bowing down to oppression of the KY dictator Andy! Stand up for common sense. As if wearing a mask that is scientifically proven to not do a single bit of good to stop the spread of this mostly benign illness is somehow making your store safer. As though the people wearing these non-medical grade face coverings after touching their face all day and then pawing everything in your filthy little store somehow makes you a better American! I guess some of the small businessmen are going to have to be stomped out by the merger of big corps and government to finally understand that they are not going to let you live just because you are a submissive, spineless, little sheep! Wake up before it is too late!...
Read moreFound a copy of a game that I've been dying to get for nearly 3 years now, I was so psyched to finally have my hands on it and guess what guys? Disc is scratched up, especially in one section, but I thought, okay, these guys probably tested it, I personally have played games that have been in about as bad condition, maybe worse, they ran like a charm. Headed home, sat down ready to play, disc doesn't load. Restarted the system, tried again, didn't work that time either. Did this a few more times, even trying out some other games to see if it's just the system, and the other games work like a charm, the game in question though does not! Now I'm out nearly $30 all for a game that I can't play. I don't want in-store credit, unless you guys have a copy of the same game that I got to begin with, I just want my money back. Update: Brought the game back in and had it buffed, did take care of most of the scratches but the really deep ones were still there, and the disc yet again wouldn't work. I got in-store credit and hopefully I will find another copy of the game at game xchange so it won't go to waste, but still dissapointed that I couldn't get my money back, especially since I hadn't even had the game...
Read moreEditing my review - Store was good when it first opened, store has now become very disorganized, cluttered, and full of "filler," I define filler as cheap, bottom of the barrel games and movies used to make it look like there is a good selection when there really is not.
One quick glance at games will show you lots of bad games and sports games. Employees do not care at all and act like they don't care. They are very chatty with one another and don't treat you well. Tried to buy a game that was on display and was told they couldn't find the cartridge AFTER digging for 10 minutes. Store has become full of board games, japanese comics, and things that aren't advertised (wall only says Video Games, DVDs) and now there is also a fridge with drinks?
May be a sign the store isn't doing well and is trying to branch out. Beware trading your stuff in for store credit, too, I was told my store credit coupons were used. Luckily they looked my name up. Won't be coming back anymore, sad and I hope it cleans up and gets...
