Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

Ordered my pizza at 6:11. The app said it would be 54 - 64 mins. By the time it hit 7:05 I decided to check the tracker to just see where it was at. It said it was being prepared. 1 step away from being out the door...after 20 mins I looked again and it still said the same thing..by this time my 3 yr old is telling me she's hungry and all I can do is tell her its coming. I was starving too being 6 months pregnant but I can hold out longer of course. After about 8 or 10 mins I looked again and it STILL said being prepared...I don't know why it was in that status for 30 mins so I finally called. Not sure who I talked to but I gave them my name 3 times and they finally found my order...not sure if my order was skipped or lost but he said mine was the next to be delivered..finally checked the tracker about 10 mins later and it said it was on its way...didn't get here until 8:01...almost 2hrs after I ordered!!!! Ridiculous! And whoever I talked to, didn't even bother to apologize once for the delay...my pizza was luke warm when it got here and by the time I got to my 3rd piece it was cold... it will be a long time before I order delivery from here again. The least they could do is refund my money back. I'm going to call and get corporates number to let them know of this event. Hopefully this service...

Food and services was very horrible I never experienced something like this not in this area l'm very appalled and astonished, managers are very rude no professionalism my pizza got delivered yesterday evening look like it's been dropped by the driver, I called the store to complain like any other customer would we paid $30 for this trash ! the manager was very dismissive and credited the order back. I was fine with that until all three of my children got sick from eating the Pizza they have food poisoning I called the store the following morning the morning manager who I spoke with of course she didn't give a name was so nasty hung up on me mid-sentence telling me that I'm lying using profanity and that my children are not sick and that our pizza was never dropped . l'I never recommend anyone to eat here . Very trashy distasteful people. Horrible people...

Worst serves ever the supervisor on 8/10/2017 took upon herself to call to say after I purchase my food online that it would be 2hours instead of 70mins when I said something about time she comments very nasty and said I just gave you the time... then as my children an I wait for our two hour pizza that I already purchase that hasn't been refunded back too me.... this supervisor took upon herself to cancel my order without any notification so at 1:12am is when I discovered we weren't getting our pizza that we ordered at 11:45pm wow what a dirty and nasty thing to do I would never recommend papa jones to a dog and I spend with them atleast 3 times a month o suggest u got to little ceasers, Pizza Hut , and dominoes atleast you will get great servers and respect and to the supervisor working that evening or 8/10/17 you might want to work on your customer...
