The facade was saved when the other homes in the area were demolished due to constant flooding. The facade was relocate to Thruston Part, and again relocated in 2007 to its current position on Franklin Avenue.

I actually am the one who added this to Maps. I couldn't believe it wasn't already on there. Pretty interesting and of historical significance. Placed in the center of the street, can't miss it. If you are in to history, this is a neat stop especially if you take in the Waterfront Gardens.
