Ice House — Attraction in Louisville

Ice House - there is so much I could say about this place. From it's modern feel, the rooftop and inside are simply incredible. We had our ceremony on the rooftop and it was simply dreamy. Our guests raved about how beautiful it was inside and out. We went all out for the draping and I was NOT disappointed. It was absolutely breathtaking and everything that I imagined it would be. I could go on and on about the facility. It's amazing and speaks for itself really. Once you go on your tour, you will know. Now, I have to rave about the staff.

Amy and Spencer are without a doubt beyond amazing. Spencer helped me with decor choices and made purchasing things from vendors so easy for me. I was very hands off with it and she absolutely nailed it.

Amy is a true gem. If you are lucky enough to have her as your coordinator, you will not be disappointed. She was everywhere on my wedding day where I couldn't be. If anything went wrong on my wedding day, I still don't know about it today. She is highly professional and keeps everything on time. She is responsive to any and all of your questions and just make things happen for you. She's so sweet and so generous. I am so lucky to have had her and have her in my life.

We had our wedding at Ice House this June and it was everything we could have imagined and more! The entire process from start to finish was not only easy, but so much fun- the team is amazing at keeping you on schedule and truly helps set a vision for your day, making the daunting wedding planning process a pleasure. Lindsay and Miranda could truly make anything possible, and made the day go off without a hitch despite several problems (that I never knew anything about because they handled them quickly and quietly). They worked so closely with my amazing coordinator to make sure the day went off without a hitch, and I couldn't have felt more stress free knowing my wedding was in such good hands. Crushed Ice Catering has the BEST food, and having service in house with the bar was such a convenience. We wanted a party, and they truly BROUGHT IT! We even had to deal with inclement weather and the team did absolutely everything they could to pull off the ceremony outside- we can't say thank you or recommend Ice...

My husband and I used the Ice House as our reception venue for our September 2019 wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! The food from Crushed Ice Catering was amazing. We've had a good number of guests raving about their meals! More than that though, every person we interacted with who works at the Ice House was SOOO pleasant to work with. Everyone goes out of their way to make your day perfect -- from the first walkthrough to picking up decorations after the event, I never experienced anything less than excellent customer service. Another amazing thing about the Ice House is that they setup and teardown your event for you -- that was an awesome perk, especially for my family members. The event space is beautiful to boot -- and you can really make it fit whatever style you want depending on what centerpieces and lighting you choose.
