New owners / management / employees are completely incompetent. They are rude and quite possibly illiterate. Prices are too high, the lighting is extremely harsh and the overall atmosphere is off-putting. I will never be going here again and I suggest that you do the same.

I am saddened by this because the previous management was super nice and I felt like I was friends with a few of the employees. The prices were always a little higher than other shops but I didn't mind paying an extra because the shop was so great.

I had not been here in many months or possibly even a year because my work route changed. But today I was driving by and decided to stop in to say hi to my friend behind the counter, to discover that they no longer worked there and that the store was now owned by uninterested dolts.

If you need Vape stuff then please go to any of the other businesses farther East on South Boulder Road. It is obvious that whoever bought this shop does not have interest in their products or customers they just want to make money, so don't give them...

Today we where going into the store. We are new in boulder and found this place about a year ago. The first time we came in the main owner was in there and very friendly to us. Helped us out a lot and spent a long time with us.everybody else in there was friendly except for today at 4:20pm. Today we went in and there was another guy in there that was very rude we didn't even walk in and he said sorry guys but nobody under the age of 18 is aloud in the store. I understand that nobody under 18 years of age; but our daughter is six and had both her parents in there. It was literally a hundred degrees outside. What do you expect us to do in the heat? We never had that in a vape store. When he said that we left right away. That was very defensive to us and he made us feel like we where not important and lost business because of that. Walked into Taz Vapor just expecting to grab a few things… ended up walking out with great products and a smile I couldn’t wipe off my face. 😄

First of all, the prices? Totally reasonable no drama, no rip-offs. But the real highlight? The amazing girl working there. Let me tell you, she’s not only absolutely stunning but also super friendly and knows her stuff! She helped me pick the perfect setup with so much patience, like she could read my mind (or maybe just saw I was a little clueless 😅).

She made the whole experience feel easy, fun, and honestly kind of unforgettable. If you're ever near Taz Vapor, do yourself a favor stop by. Great products, top service, and if you're lucky, you might just get helped by the same lovely soul I did.
