Creative Framing Art Gallery — Attraction in Louisville

Janet and her team did an amazing job with my piece I needed framing. I had inherited a map of Zimbabwe that is made from different animal hides. It was hand made and not in perfect condition. I brought it to Creative Framing to see what we could do to preserve it and get it presentable again. Janet spent a good chunk of time talking through what would be best for it without upselling or adding anything we didn't need (I asked for a high-end glass, she told me not to use glass since it isn't good to enclose animal hide which saves a lot of money). The end work turned out amazing (see picture below). I would highly recommend Creative Framing and plan on using them again...

We recently had Creative Framing frame some Portuguese tiles we received as a gift. They did a particularly lovely job. The word “Creative” in their name is justified as they recommended a creative way of building a shadow box with complimentary colors. And the extra touches (felt stoppers and extra duty hanger and nails) were unexpectedly appreciated. I have been a customer of Creative Framing Art Gallery for several years; they always do a wonderful job and provide great service. My most recent visit was to have a custom mat cut to frame a photo of my late brother using a non-standard wooden frame he had made. Janet and Ben were very sweet, compassionate, patient and super helpful. The finished product is beyond beautiful. I highly recommend this place for their expertise and customer service....
