I had read in other reviews that it can take a while for the order to be made, so it helps to call ahead. The woman running this little stand hung up on me when I tried to order because I said I only wanted one. She said she didn't make just one, and hung up. So, I decided to go in person. When I arrived, I saw a sign that said it had to be an order of two or more. I ordered three (cash only, by the way). They all come with cheese, but I ordered one bean, one onion, and one chicken. I asked her what her own favorite one was, and she said none. 😂 Okay, great start. The bean was good, but was boring. The cheese and onion was fine, but lacked the onion flavor I was hoping for. It was just raw onion with cheese. And then, the chicken tasted like canned chicken (and looked it) and was not good at all, unfortunately. I've had papusas before, so I kind of knew what to expect and this wasn't it. Aside from my experience, the place was popping at lunch and a ton of people were there... Maybe I just haven't found the...

Order ahead of time, plan for at least 30 minutes, if you're in a rush go elsewhere Cash only I wouldn't say she's rude but she's short and to the point. If you want someone to say "my pleasure" and blah blah blah then go to Chick Fil A. By all means vote with your dollar, if you don't like the service don't come here. However, the food is amazing.
Came here after seeing some posts on that dreadful NextDoor site. Followed the recommendations, called ahead, didn't know it was cash only but thankfully I had some. Ordered the chicken, pork, and pepperoni papusas. They were fantastic, crispy and charred on the outside, cheesy and doughy on the inside, and she didn't skimp on the meat. I'll definitely be going back. I once had a taco cart girl in in SLC tell me I was ugly for no reason so I'll take this lady over...
Read moreThe lady running this business is not pretty nice with the customers, I'm pretty surprised that many people are talking good about this place. Honestly if it wasn't for the lady's attitude I would come here much more often. There was one time I had to wait like 20 minutes just for the lady to show her face on the little window and ask me "what you want" without a "hi" or anything polite, I got confused and I thought I made something wrong or if it was because I was parked close to the food truck, she never told me what made her mad (if anything), but I just thought that this wasn't a good way to treat customers. Then after those 20 minutes, I waited about 25 more minutes for my food to be ready and then she just got the food out of the window and said "15 dollars" and after I gave her the money she just closed the little window in...
