New Age Gifts — Attraction in Louisville

I have been here a couple times in the past before their new location and I have always loved going! Today was no different. My fiance and I needed some Sage so we went to the new location to look around and they were very helpful and friendly. We found a variety pack of Sage mixed with things like Lavender, Cedar, etc. and they even helped us to find one that had the ones we wanted in it! We looked around and they have everything from Tarot to Kratom (including a new Kratom Vape oil) to Pipes and Trays and Papers galore. You can really get just about anything you want. There appears to be a back area that is in the process of being remodeled but I assume this will be where the ... more playful items will go. They had a section like this in the old shop too. I approve if so 👍

Anyway. They really were cool and friendly. I highly recommend this shop. I have heard from other reviews that they don't do returns or exchanges so maybe keep that in mind when going in though. Don't purchase without being sure it is what you need. I can't blame them for not returning a pipe someone may have smoked out of or something. Especially with the world we live...

This is an absolutely great store, in my opinion the best metaphysical / smoke shop / adult store that the Tri-State area has. The owner Scott is always super friendly and knowledgeable as is his staff. I've never seen anyone have an issue in there and I've never seen them asked a question they didn't know the answer to. It's like they All have interest in the things that actually sold there too so that gives it a better experience knowing that they have some expertise and what they're selling. But for me personally the number one selling point is the numerous variety and amount of tarot / Oracle cards Scott has for sale no other store has this no story and specializes or any kind of bookstore or half price books or if it matter anything in town has the sheer amount of variety and amount and he mixes it up and orders new things constantly. I really loved this place until about 5 minutes ago. I live really close and shop here 2 times a week and the owner is amazing but the experience I just had was uncalled for. I came in early today and the owner had offered to sell me a product at a discount since not a lot of people had bought it. I didn't have money on me so I said id come back. I just went in there and an employee with dirt all over his face and hands proceeded to tell me I was lying so I laughed it off.. whatever.. I brought nearly exactly what he said it was going to cost but realized I had some change so I went to get it only to be laughed at and made to feel like he was too busy to get off his phone and FaceTime to count the change so I left.
