Mattress Warehouse of Easton Nazareth Road — Attraction in Lower Nazareth Township

Was here this past Thursday looking for a mattress for my elderly father. Was immediately greeted by Tim. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the right bed for my father. He was so informative that my husband and I asked him if he can help choose a bed for us. He had us take the test where we lie down and have the system take our pressure points to choose the five best mattresses for us. He then showed us the different mattresses and explained each one to help us make a decision. We ended up buying two separate mattresses and an adjustable bed frame. He even threw in a deal with the mattress covers. Since we were there earlier in the day, our mattress and bed frame was delivered yesterday, the day after we bought it. Great service all around. I just purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a base from this Mattress Warehouse store in Easton. I was very impressed with the sales manager, John Murphy. He was very knowledgeable about all the Tempur-Pedic products. He gave me his honest opinion as to which mattress would suit my needs, he didn’t try to push me to purchase a more expensive model, he recommended the mattress and base he thought would be perfect for me. I tried three different mattresses, numerous times for each, to make sure I chose what felt the best. John did not rush me, he encouraged me to take my time. He answered all the questions I asked him as well. I did end up buying the mattress and base he first showed me. I'm usually pretty suspicious of these kinds of stores but I did just get a floor model Posturepedic for half off. John was a great sales guy and helped me haul the mattress on a dolly out to a $20 rental van. Thus far it's the perfect backup mattress for a guest room. Slapped that mattress onto a discount Lucid adjustable base and we're in business.

For a mattress store, having a salesperson tell you the straight dope is really important and you can tell he's had a lot of experience selling mattresses. He could have easily sold me a higher markup item but chose not to. John knew all the important facts about mattresses like sag and edge support. And he never tried to upsell my wife on something she didn't want to try.

I guess this is more a review for John than for Mattress Warehouse.
