Absolutely disgusting behavior on the part of an incredibly uneducated gentleman named Sean. I have a medical disability and relay on my service dog Bruce. While attending tonight's (April 17th) performance of Little River band and Three dog night just before intermission time Bruce and I got up to go use the bathroom and as we hurried our way I was distracted to a woman talking to me for a second and Bruce dripped a few drops of pee on the carpet. Noticing this I correct it Bruce's action and he and I went to the handicap stall in the men's room where he is trained to use the facilities indoor. This is really helpful especially at venues like concerts where we're not allowed to go out and back in. So having going about the rest of our evening relaxing with some friends during intermission that is when your manager Sean decided he would violate federal law due to a couple of drops of pee on the carpet I offered to clean it up I offered to pay to have it cleaned. I explained to him the situation and ask him if the tables return and because of my medical need I had accidentally peed on the carpet would he then kick me out for my medical issues. To know avail, Sean was completely happy with violating federal law and the police officers who are paid to uphold federal law chose to uphold Sean's idiotic reasoning. I hope you are aware of what kind of disservice you do to people with medical needs and people with service dogs. Service dogs just like any other worker have to learn their job and sometimes a little pee will drip out. And I hope that you are aware that Sean has just left your whole business open to a civil rights lawsuit. So needless to say because of the poor management and the flagrant human rights violations we did not get to watch Three dog night and I really sucked because I spent a lot of money on it which Sean of course denied me a refund. I hope by leaving this review you will learn to do better. I would suggest retraining your employees. You realize that my ticket cost covers the cleanup cost if I happen to spill my soda. The situation was absolutely no different other than your employee chose to conduct himself as the most disgusting person...
Read moreMy husband and I went to see the Nutcracker Dec 12, 2021 and got seats on the aisle way up at the top, Balcony Left, row L, seats 11&12. Grand view of the stage and we could see everything, even down into the pit. Some major drawbacks of the BALCONY: There isn't a "walk through" row to get from one side to the other if you mess up and enter the wrong side. You either have to disturb people already there and do the walk of "excuse me" shame, or exit and try and figure out how to get to your seat from the other side. Know where you're sitting before you get there! And get there a half hour early. The balcony is very steep and not for people with knee issues. Select your seats near a door if possible if you are impared physically. The hall was surprisingly short on bathroom facilities. Maybe I missed something? Balcony left ladies facilities had 4 stalls. Four. Make sure you use the restroom before the show. Despite those issues with the balcony, the Buddy Holly Hall is an impressive venue. I found the sound system very good, lighting...
Read more11-27-21 ZZ Top, sound was absolutely horrible. I’ve had better experiences through a cheap Bluetooth speaker. The closest comparison would be the music at a basketball game in a gymnasium. The top balcony has no speakers at all. The entire sound reinforcement for that balcony is an aimed reflection from another area. 05-13-22 Travis Tritt, they shut off the lights leaving him in the dark twice for longer than 30 seconds. So much he himself commented "you'd think a venue like this... I better stop" 07-22-22 Dwight Yoakam, his acoustic guitar sound was so bad, and so loud we had to leave 15 minutes into the show. We sat in the suites, the most expensive seats in the building. Absolutely the worst concert experience I've ever had. Literally if they would've just muted his guitar it would’ve been great. You can tell by the linear arrays they do not have the equipment needed to provide sound to all the seats, and by the multiple experiences they don’t have the knowledge on how to use what they have. Seriously, think hard before going to a...
