Sweet Creations #CakesByMarsha — Restaurant in Lubbock

OMG. Talk about good customer service! My mother-in-law who lives out of town ordered my wife and I something for Valentines Day from Edible Arrangements...not Sweet Creations. Edible Arrangements forgot to deliver the order. My mother-in-law called 4 days later to ask if we had received the delivery and we didn’t know what she was talking about. The problem is that my mother-in-law didn’t remember who she ordered from. So I started calling different places to see where the order was even from. Marsha at Sweet Creations was going above and beyond to make sure she hadn’t missed something. I began to realize that it definitely wasn’t Sweet Creations that had lost the order. Marsha kept tabs on me and would even call to ask if I had figured out what happened throughout the day.

Then, even knowing that it wasn’t her fault, she felt bad that we hadn’t receive a Valentines gift and made a special package and delivered it to us! WHO DOES THAT!? She gained a customer here for sure. Please go support the local company!

Sweet Creations by Marsha will always remain one of our favorite places that we will forever be happy. Sweet Creations Cakes has done everything from a smash cake for my grandchildren to birthday cakes and don’t forget a breakfast sandwich. I want a cake made exactly how I want? It would to be from Sweet Creations Cakes–no questions asked! The worst part of trying to find what you want your cake to look like or taste; is having to choose between so many delicious flavors and combinations! Marsha was super sweet and makes me feel at ease. She gives commendations, and if we could’ve chosen them all, we would have. So amazingly delicious. The presentation of the cake/cupcakes was simply classic and beautiful, and the process was super easy and hassle-free. I cannot recommend Sweet Creations by Marsha enough. I love that they also sell other sweets so whenever we feel like treating ourselves, we stop by to enjoy delicious sweets. Great selection, great service,...

Marsha and her crew, have definitely been a Blessing to my family. Last year my husband and I renewed our vows of 17 years. Marsha really outdone herself with our cake. It was not only beautiful it was delicious, all three layers were different flavors but they all complimented each other. She delivered and set up before I could make it to the venue. The amazement I felt when I walked in and seen it elegantly displayed. This year on our 18th anniversary she gifted us, a 6 inch tier anniversary cake that also amazed us. I have to mention the other treats and eats that they make from the most scrumptious breakfast sandwiches to the tres leches cake, peanut butter surprises, banana pudding and all of the other goodies.
