While I enjoyed the art, I was there to see a performance by the Lubbock Community Theatre. The auditorium is not very large, so while all the seats are good, it can sell out quickly. The front-row seats are level with the stage; you won't be looking up if you choose them, so they are great for folks with visual difficulties. The front row is also wheelchair accessible.
