Primitive — Local services in Lubbock

We used this company to rebuild a website and overall the experience was frustrating. Our first projected completion date was December 1st and we were promised a finish date almost monthly after that. Finally on June 1st after numerous emails pestering them to finish our site, the site was launched. Normally that would mean the end of our issues but we had more problems after the website launched than leading up to it. After 3 weeks of contacting them, our website still does not work on certain browsers and the entire process has just been draining and frustrating. Despite taking 6 months longer than promised due to their lack of effort, they attempted to charge us more for the time extension and tried to charge us for every little detail.
