Horrible experience! I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone! I went in on the 22nd and purchased 2 switches, which came with a $25 gift card. The young cashier by the name of Kaitlin or Kathleen was extremely rude and so irritated with us. She was rolling her eyes and literally saying she did not care the entire time as she was getting confused with my transaction. I was charged for 2 gift cards of $25 and received the wrong color for 1 switch. I immediately called back about 10 times with no answer. I called back today and I spoke with the assistant manager earlier whom was very nice and apologetic and said I didn’t need a receipt to get my money back,but when I called later on to ask if my son could pick up my refund as I am tied up and spoke with Chance, he said I DID need my receipt!
