Very nice modern upscale coffee shoppe. Coffee was not boiling hot but ready to drink, sippin hot, as granny would say. The had an array of pastries, breakfast tacos and fruit. Will be back in Lubbock in a few days. Will definitely stop back by.

I recently visited Paint Rock Coffee Company in Lubbock, Texas, and I canā€™t stop raving about the experience! The atmosphere is incredibly comfortable and inviting, with a warm, cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. The decor is absolutely adorable, and I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Pauline, who shared that she personally decorated the spaceā€”her touch truly brings the place to life! Cameron, our barista, crafted the most delicious coffee that hit all the right spots. We also indulged in their rancheros, which were bursting with flavor, and a homemade pop tart that was an absolute delight. Every bite and sip was perfection. A hidden gem! Paint Rock Coffee is an absolute delight! I ordered an iced coffee, a breakfast taco from Miguelā€™s, and a cinnamon swirl muffinā€”and everything was delicious. The quality of both the drinks and food was top-notch.

The shop itself is adorable with a cozy, relaxed atmosphere thatā€™s perfect for catching up with friends or just enjoying a quiet moment. Itā€™s also super clean and the service was genuinely warm and welcoming.

I was especially impressed by the variety of drink and food optionsā€”thereā€™s something for everyone, and itā€™s clear that care goes into each item.

Beautiful building. Loved the charm.

The guy who helped me was low energy and seemed distracted. It was not busy at all. But it was evident that he was slowly getting food to people.

My chai was gross. Very watered down.

He recommended the cinnamon swirl GF muffin. It was gross too. šŸ˜ He also forgot to give it to me. So after waiting for 20 mins I walked back up there to remind him.

I went up and asked for a cup of ice water. I was surprised they served me facet water. Lubbock doesn't have great water. šŸ˜•

My whole 1st experience was not great. I should've read these reviews to know NOT to get the chai as other had indicated.
