Last sat sep 14th, I had a terrible encounter with an employee named Miranda, (if that even her name) who lied and said she was the āmanagerā when ask Shane at the window he confirmed she was a ā shift leadā ordered on app via drive thru. Once I told her that, she told me to pull (not a hi, or nothing) around and that they would have to take care of the entire drive thru before my order was made, I responded with āso, you mean to tell me, If 4 cars pull up while Iām waiting you have to make there orders before mineā her response was yeah, Thats the way we do itā. I was shocked! I then asked to speak to a manger, she said with an attitude āIam the managerā i then responded with (it gets better)āwell, I no longer want to talk to you, I want to talk your bossā she then responds āheās at home with his wife! I then responded with. āMove along, I didnāt ask where or who he was with, I asked for a number or a way if getting in touch with him when heās at work. Iām not moving anywhere and I will Get my order her in this line. And I will be talking to someone above you! I will never go back to this or probably any ever again. Starbucks would never!!!! Shame was so sweet and awesome at the window she tried to deescalate the situation. They always come out looking a certain color, a nice dark brown. They have a nice coffee and sweet taste. However lately they are not the same color, they are light tan sometimes looking like we ordered a latte. And two times it tastes like they put something else in the coffee, like coconut. They come out tasting strange and way too sweet. To the point that we have asked why it changed but they just stare at us and look confused. Today we got coffee and it had a very strange after taste. It's like they are getting other flavors in there when they are using stuff to mix with or something. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDespite ordering ahead, when we arrived for an order that was supposed to be ready at 9:04, we didnāt get our drinks until almost 9:15. When we arrived, we went thru the drive thru, gave the Broista my name, and were told it would be waiting for us at the window. When we finally got up to the window, we were informed our drinks werenāt quite ready, so they asked us to drive around to the pick up parking spot where they would bring us the drinks when they were finally ready. We parked and watched all the cars in the drive thru lane arrive, order, and leave while we waited. Finally, when our order was ready, instead of bringing it to us, they yelled through their pick up window for us to walk up to get it. Once we finally had our order, we drove away angry about how much quicker it would have been to not use the app, only to get several miles down the road where I finally took a sip of my drink, and discovered they made my Golden Eagle Chai Breve as the coffee versionā¦YUCK! $20 and 20 minutes of my life both wasted!
