Just so others are aware, this (Lufkin) store prioritizes in-store customers over online orders. I spent 2 AM - 2:28 AM to place an order because the Target website was bogged down with a big release. I couldn't make it in store for risk of ice on road, but expected to go pick it up later that day once it's confirmed instead of "Processing". Well, at 8:47 AM I get an email the order is now out-of-stock. If it were out of stock because of "inventory issues" it would have notified me sooner than that, but I have heard some Targets prioritize in-store customers. So, in this case it looks to be exactly that. I get it, "First come, first serve" and all that, but I was literally one of the first in line, just not in person. I don't understand why they're able to sell items that are already sold to someone else.
Do not use them if you're planning an exclusive release, unless you plan to be there in-person an hour or two before (depending on the item, I suppose). Mainly, just don't expect your online order to be fulfilled at this location for pick-up/drive-up if it's a...

Went to check out and it was pouring rain so the lady working self checking was so kind as to offer me her umbrella to go out and pull my truck up to the door. Mind you it’s pouring and the wind is horrible so I was concerned about putting them in the bed of the truck. Two of the gentlemen working not only helped me load these into my vehicle but did it with a sweet smile and genuine sincerity as they soled when they were finished!! She then calls over the security guy who tells us they dont do exchanges and then shows us the policy (see attached) which clearly shows that they do take exchanges.
