Very disappointed and upset! I know every store has its rules and protocols but I highly doubt accusing a customer of destroying the packaging of a product is part of their protocol. Roxy “store manager” accused my son of making the imperfections that were on the packaging of an action figure. My son is 20 yrs old and collects limited edition Funko Pops. So as a collector, these imperfections as minor as they may seem to others (non-collectors) can seem ridiculous. All my son wanted was to exchange the item for another one without the flaws. To make this a short, I personally called the store and Roxy answered and refused to give me any phone number for the corporate office or anything in that nature to report this incident. Not only did he accused my son while pointing to the camera in the store but also speaking his frustrations out loud in front of other employees and customers. Walked in to ask about and buy an Xbox elite series2 controller and they had new ones priced at roughly 40$ worth of difference, I asked what the price difference was about and was told it was the color because one was black and one was white. When I asked are you sure the worker replied “well you could read the sticker and it should tell you” in a rude tone.
