Office Depot — Local services in Lufkin

Went to make a copy. Looked for a place to put in cash, didn't see one. Went to the cashier for help. Told me it only takes DEBIT CARDS. Asked if they have a code they can give me if I was to pay her. "NO, THEY ONLY TAKE DEBIT CARDS". Hmmm, ok. Asked if she knew of any other place that makes copied "NO". thought that she was kinda rude in her tone. As I turned away to leave she said I could get a gift card and use it. Ok, better than looking for somewhere else. So gave her 50 cents to put on the card. Copy was only 16 cents so left the card on the machine. Next time I'll ask around before going back there. Employee was somewhat rude and lack of convenience of being able to using cash or using a code given out by a cashier after paying for copies. Perhaps I'll call the library here to see if they have...

I went in to get a copy and print order that I made online. When I got there to pick it up, I had a cost question that the lady at the counter couldn't answer. I told her that I'd come back later to pick it up when the copy & print manager was there who could answer my question. The staff member apparently got insulted that I wanted to come back when someone could answer my question and she proceeded to throw my copes across the floor of the store. The manager on duty (not the copy and print manager) didn't seem to mind her employees performance.

This was in the spring of 2017 and I left a review then but it appears to have disappeared so i am writing it again. I was a customer who went in their almost daily. Havent been back and won't go back...

First I walk into the copy to get help was not very friendly. I told him I needed to send a package. All he said you have to go to the front counter. It wasn't a line or anything. So I went to the counter where the cashiers were standing there talking. The cashier then told me to go back over to the copy center again. They had no customers. I had wait another 5 more minutes. I'm thinking am I going to get any help today. Then I tried to send my package only could get it their by Monday if I'm sending it off and today is Friday. Only thing he said was well it's the weekend. I found another place down the road where I overnighted it and my brother gets his package on Saturday. The service was...
