Royal Jump — Attraction in Lufkin

Had a party there for my dayghters 2 year old birthday party. Everything was fine until she told us we need to pay $80 to bring in our cake. When I talked to the lady a week before saying we were going to held a party which only was my family no one said I HAD to rent out a space for $40 and a minimum of 2 hours. No host decoration or any party service that you'd normally pay for just $80 so we can bring in a birthday cake. Wasn't told this the week before when asking about hours so we can hold my daughters there just the day of. That's ridiculous. I'm never going back. Had my 12 year old sons birthday at hijinks in Hudson for the same amount they wanted to charge since I was only 4 kids. All birthdays will be held there for now it's also cleaner and not held together by duct as stated in previous reviews. We had to finish our birthday celebration at the park which we should have just started there in the first place will not recommend this place to anyone it's not a good way to...

I'm sorry but this place is horrible. The equipment is old, dirty, duct taped together in places. We were highly disappointed when we visited this evening. We seen several safety issues. I wouldn't recommend and we wont visit again. Please clean the place up, lay down some flooring, maybe dust and fix the ceiling tiles that are just missing or broken. I was also disappointed that you pay to play but when you enter to play.....you have to pay for the games, pool...

I had my sons party there this past weekend , someone went in my purse and took $150 from my wallet when I called to see the footage I was told there wasn’t any cameras as a place where lots of kids go and a place with no doors it made me think twice before going again any kids can run out or be taken and no one would know because they claim to not have cameras . I would have appreciated even a little help locating the money that went missing...
