Hobby Lobby — Attraction in Lynchburg

The store itself was amazing... It's like Disney World for the DIYs✅✅✅ Any and EVERY SINGLE THING arts and craft related you can think of.., very very clean and organized and easy to find EXACTLY what you are looking for✅✅✅ Would DEFINITELY for sure say that it is a better pick that Michael's Arts and Crafts store which is the only other local craft shop we have in our area⚠️⚠️⚠️ Better prices and to be honest it even seems like a BIGGER store with a BIGGER SELECTION✅✅✅ 🚨The reason this wonderful location can not and will not receive a 5 star rating is due to the employee and customer service⚠️⚠️⚠️ I don't know about you all but my money spends just like everyone else... 1. When your store is slow and/or NOT BUSY.... DO NOT allow your employees to be up front carrying on a whole conversation with each other at 3 different registers BUT neither of them were taking people in line so they literally had me standing in the front just looking crazy and waiting on them to finish their there conversation... If it is 2 people working the front all ready that aren't doing anything at all other than conversing DO NOT allow them to call a 3rd person up to the front to ring me up because that makes me feel like my service wasn't wanted and that's not kool... 3. Now the young lady that did comes from the back of the store to ring me up was AMAZING but the 3 young ladies in the front just on the lazy side really threw off my wonderful experience I had at the store up until that...

Huge store, so many different options to decorate, do art, make things, fix things. Something for everyone in this store. Some prices can be a bit high but the quality of their products and vast selection make up for any extra costs. Staff was happy to help me find the little section of pre-made zippers and the selection was great, so many different kinds, widths and length. There were several color options to work with different clothing pieces or accessories. Found the perfect zipper to be sewn onto my new purse. So glad I will now be able to comfortably use my new purse without fear of my belongings falling out because it had just 1 middle button. Also bought some great gel pens, the colors are very nice and the pens work great. They are the best gel pens I've ever used and I'm enjoying using them. Will definitely go back and explore Hobby...

I get all my canvases that use to create my paintings here now. They have pretty good deals on them that are affordable (especially for someone with a lower income). My first time visiting the store I was super overwhelmed and had zero clue where to to look for the stuff I was needing for my project, and although they do have super friendly staff, everytime I ask a worker exactly what isle or where is whatever I need” is, they always just give me “in that (general) area”, which sure point me in the right direction but they have a TON OF STUFF LOL. So even once I get to the area they had pointed out I’m still left wondering each isle to track down and pinpoint everything.
