Ferguson Home do not stand behind their product and they place profits over doing what is right.
I purchased the Pfister shower faucet package from Ferguson Home (Build.com). Within weeks of installation, I discovered a pool of water in my basement. This required a plummer to cut a hole in my wall to diagnose the source of the leak. Eventually he identified that the source of the leak was a defective valve from my brand new shower valve. It cost me $400 to diagnose and fix the leak. It cost an $350 to have the wall professionally patched. I reached out to customer support, seeking a refund for their faulty product that led to almost $800 in repairs. After days of frustrating back-and-forth with a customer service representative was cheerful but painfully unhelpful, I was informed that Ferguson Homes would not refund my purchase because it would negatively affect their “margins”. Instead they offered me a $40 store credit.
Look elsewhere for your home improvement supplies. Ferguson Homes are quick to tell you that they value you as a customer but when their products fail they offer no meaningful resolutions and they accept zero responsibility.

My experience: I've had plumbers in home, twice now, expecting a flaw free, mfg defect-free tub to be delivered and received. Three tubs have been sent out to me, three tubs have had issues and had to be returned. At present, no compensation for the cost of plumbers waiting around, planning to perform tub installation twice, nor any offer to repair tub with cost reduction for defects in lieu of returning item. Surely, someone must be able to repair these tubs after installation, thus eliminating the need to pay another plumbing run charge. I got to speak to someone regarding my refrigerator needs...I said I was going to look around for a few minutes and I’d be back. I was informed that it was 2 minutes after closing and that I could come back tomorrow morning when they opened. REALLY?! First of all - you’d think they would be open a little past 5:00, but really wasn’t very happy as it was apparent I was holding everyone up. I’m not impressed.
