I loved here for a year. Moved into the building when it was brand new. Things I loved: the amenities (the gym has great equipment, the cafe with wine on tap, the pool) The lighting in the apartment is amazing. The lack of lighting in the bedroom or ceiling fans was a huge negative.
Thing I didn’t like The walls and floors are thin. I could hear the keypad from the ATM across the street every night. I could track my upstairs neighbor walking through their apartment I will say there has been decrease in quality of staff. The original staff, Kate and Shelby were fantastic and had great customer service. After they left, you could definitely see the decline in quality of service. You can see they cut corners in the construction. My apartment was a year old and there was a huge crack in the ceiling and wall. The patio door was poorly constructed and drafty. The number of times the garage door broke and residents were stuck inside or broken and stuck open. The security is a joke. There was an incident where a homeless individual lived in the building for weeks until they were caught. This was because like above the garage door got stuck open and if you have access to the garage, you have access to all the a perm that.
Overall I would say, the amount of rent you pay is not equal to the quality of life. If I could re-do it, I’d...
Read moreI moved into the Rialto because it was supposed to be a “luxury apartment” however, it is anything but that.
The leasing and moving experience was seamless but different management (Shelby & Kate) was here then. Since they have left, everything has gone down hill.
Our building is secured which is great, however the machine that unlocks the door has been broken for about a month. You’re lucky if you’re able to get it unlocked. I’ve called on 3 separate occasions to get it fixed and all the front desk girls say is “we’ve contacted the company.” Surely they would be upset too if they weren’t able to get into the front door of their home!
I love my place but for what I pay to live here you would assume there would be little no issues.
The maintenance team however, is fantastic. The guys are great and are able to help you with whatever you need!
I wouldn’t have leased here if I knew this would be my experience. I’ve spent a lot of $ to live here and it’s ended up being more of a headache than anything.
Think twice before signing...
Read moreSo me and my family stayed here after loosing our house to a fire and then the garage door opener caught fire and after losing a house to one it was not easy on the stress. You can see where they didn’t paint all the walls they went around a touched it up and you can see blots all over. The family above us was very nice but it’s so thin you can hear just about everything from walking to playing instruments, music can be heard word for word when it not even that loud. It constantly smells of dog piss and or wet dog in the elevator and stairwell, smell of marijuana is all in the hallways but they put like the plug in air freshers which is a nice touch but does nothing for the smell. Also if you live alone don’t let your phone died because you will not be able to get into the building without the app. Now I will say all communication with the leasing managers and maintenance people very respectful and...
