tldr: you cannot go wrong with Lionscrest for your dream wedding. The venue is gorgeous and the staff blew away any/all expectations.
My husband and I were originally set to be married at Lionscrest in August of 2020. Like so many other couples, we were forced to move our date due to the pandemic and ended up celebrating the wedding in July of 2021. Throughout the pandemic, Lionscrest staff kept us updated and were more than helpful in keeping everything on track for the change in date.
The venue itself is stunning and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the manor itself is perfect. Unlike a lot of weddings/receptions where there's one room or hall for everything, the nature of the manor allows guests to mingle on the dance floor, at tables, in the barn (for cigars), on the terraces or grounds. It makes it feel that much more amazing than when everyone is stuck in one room. The views are, as expected, absolutely amazing.
The staff however is the main highlight for me. Shannon was our point person leading up to the wedding and during the day itself. She was the most attentive, detailed-oriented and organized person on the day. There was absolutely zero stress for my husband and I. Everything we could have worried about was already considered and prepared for by Shannon. She also had the timing of all events (ceremony, photos, dinner, speeches, etc) down to the minute and had everything running like clockwork. We had a small incident shortly after dinner started being served where my husband at the head table spilled a glass of wine. Lionscrest staff calmly and immediately swooped in to bring him to the changing room and prevent any stains to his suit, while other staff members whisked away the soiled table cloth and reset the entire table in minutes. It was peak efficiency and professionalism.
While these were the highlights for me, I'd also be remiss if I failed to mention the details prior to the wedding. We brought centerpieces and an elaborate guest book that needed setting up, both of which were handled by the Lionscrest staff to perfection.
If you're considering Lionscrest Manor as your wedding venue, I encourage you to book with them. You will not be disappointed and I'm certain your big day will be as wonderful and happy...

Tatiana was a SAINT and single-handedly made this the most stress-free and well organized event. The venue is absolutely beautiful, here's a few things I loved: -AMAZING staff -Gorgeous mountain views! -All-inclusive packages available but not required -They excelled in all the tiny details -The included vendors that we used--Greens Point Catering, Pure Sounds DJ, Lionscrest photo booth, BTown Liquors--were all FANTASTIC. Also, they provided great recommendations for other great vendors (Green Ride Charter and Boulder Blooms) -A million great photo spots for the wedding day. All of the grounds are gorgeous and super photogenic -Best of both worlds with indoor/outdoor venue. Beautiful lawn for the ceremony but also AC and indoor space for the reception.
Here are a few things I'd want a future bride to know:
-TRUST THEM. They run this place like a well oiled machine. I like to have a lot of hands-on control so some things were hard for me to roll with. You really don't do a ton of planning or touching base until about a month before. I was worried there were things that would be missed but once we sat down for our details meeting I was humbled by how unbelievably detailed they are. They have it under control. Seriously.
-Bring in your own décor. Personally, I felt like their centerpieces and décor options were a bit dated--or maybe just not my taste! Also, the 'décor budget' included in the packages essentially only cover the basics (basic dishware, linens, and string lights). This was perfect for us but just something I'd want a future bride to be aware of!
-Go to all the bridal expos they host! It was super helpful to meet with all the vendors and eat the delicious food from Greens Point Catering!
Thank you to Lionscrest for the most perfect wedding day we could...
Read moreEveryone wishes for their wedding to come out completely perfect. I have to say that mine was far more than perfect. It was everything that I have ever wished for and more.
Lioncrest, aside from being in such a beautiful location and a beautiful venue, has probably one of the most organized-if not the most organized- venue I have ever met. All the way from the communication to getting every detail and bringing your vision to life.
All of the staff is VERY friendly. The day of my wedding everyone left with the most wonderful impression of this venue. My wedding was July 1st, and people still keep talking about my wedding and how beautiful it was.
I have special shout outs I would like to make. Leona, in moments when I wasn’t sure what I was doing thank you for always calming me and informing me of what the next steps would be during the planning process. Shannon, thank you for taking care of the decoration details and adding in last minute stuff I would send you. Last, but certainly not least, Tatiana. Thank you. Thank you for everything that you did on my wedding day. Thank you for always checking up on me throughout the day and for making sure my husband and I always had water or something to refresh ourselves. Thank you for making everything go smoothly that day and thank you for your patience. I will forever be grateful for you.
Overall, I can’t recommend this venue enough. I couldn’t have had my wedding at any other place than here. ❤️ My wedding pictures came in and wanted to share how perfect this venue is...
