What are you doing this weekend? I'll tell you what you SHOULD be doing! Driving up to the cute town of Lyons, Colorado and stopping at this gift shop. On our way to Estes Park we stopped off on Main Street in Lyons and ran into several cute shops and restaurants...but hold on to your hat (or buy one), this is a gift shop extraordinaire! Made up of local Colorado vendors, I went home with new dog toys, salsa, the cutest stuffed animals, a super soft blanket (that now my dog thinks is his) and an incredible Colorado rolling pin with the designed etched in so patterns show up on my dough! WHAT?!!! Listen, holiday shopping, gift shopping, or whatever you need in the most UNIQUE and talented way, I suggest stopping in and enjoy this "Rose Apothecary" type of gift shop (for all you Schitts Creek fans out there!) I just had 3 of them: Keylime, Dulce, and Strawberry something. I was wanting more after that. It's worth taking small bites and savoring the taste of each bite.
