Went here for a WWE Live event. Nice average looking coliseum. It seats roughly around 9000 people. I was on the floor and some people had special edition chairs. Theirs looked comfortable. Mine were basic with the cloth padding. Im assuming that the stadium chairs are your normal ones.

The only major gripe I have is that the bathrooms are too small and the occupancy for each is around 4 at a time. You would assume that each would at least accommodate 6. To me this is unacceptable. Granted there are numerous bathroom areas and i didn't use all of them so maybe some of them can accommodate more at a time. However if your establishment is able to hold 9000 people and you hold numerous events year round... this seems to be a major oversight. I had to leave long lines to search for shorter ones during intermission. I ALMOST WET MY BRITCHES... You don't want to leave during a showing and miss out on something you pay for. All stadiums arenas etc need a saying. ACCOMMODATE FOR THOSE WHO PARTICIPATE. I won't speak on sanitation because there were ALOT OF PEOPLE.

The food was ok...good but not great. There was beer there as well but im not sure if this was WWE food/beverage or the Coliseums.

The parking lot takes account for the seating capacity. Trust me you will have somewhere to park. However when picking your parking spot on Ticketmaster etc. When I got there there was no indicator to where we should park. So i just parked in the closest spot available. I'm sure I stole someone's spot...my bad. Take this into consideration when you contemplate on purchasing assigned parking spot.

Overall it is...

I rarely rate a business or facility with less than favorable reviews. The Macon coliseum was a less than impressive venue for events and meetings. While the ballrooms and meeting rooms were in good condition, comfortable and convenient, the common areas, and exterior are in desperate need of maintenance, repair and facilities management.

The paper product dispensers (toilet paper & paper towels) in all of the restrooms were empty. Refills for each were placed outside the dispensers making it usable and less than convenient.

All of the exterior glass windows have broken seals that cause inner glass fogging and makeing them appear dirty. Two of the large glass panels at knee level were broken and potential hazards for small children.

There were obvious burn marks on the walls in a break room, and wallpaper in the hallways was peeling at the seams.

The exterior of the facility has the appearance of an abandoned mall.

The event I attended was not a negative experience, and if I were planning a large and impressive event, I would look for a different and more impressive facility even at a...

If you are looking to have fun ice skating, do NOT go to the Macon Centerplex. They are NOT keeping up their ice skates, so it is not an exaggeration to say that their ice skate blades are SO incredibly DULL and old that we were unable to actually skate, not to mention UNSAFE. Not only that, but the customer service was very unprofessional. When notifying various staff immediately, all we received was runaround, even by 2 so-called “managers”. The fact is, the Macon Centerplex is offering a service, and in good faith, we the customers paid for that service. But, the Macon Centerplex did not hold up their end of the business deal by providing operable skates to be able to fulfill the experience of ice skating, thus breech of business contract. Not only did this leave us very sad about our sub-par experience, the Centerplex refuses to offer customer service and offer any refund for services paid but not rendered. And to note, we have visited this business twice in years past, but they have let the business run down, very disappointing. Sorry Macon Centerplex, you can’t blame...

Came to WWE Macon last night. Was told outside while we were in line that my 10 yr old niece couldn’t bring in her sign because it was bigger than a piece of paper. Made her throw it away or take it back to car. Considering we just walked a mile to get there we decided to trash it. Once inside we saw people holding lots of signs of similar size… they even shared a tweet of a large sign on the big screen 🤔 We got a “things you need to know” email from the venue the day before and nothing about signs was mentioned. The staff working the doors were rude and unfriendly. Barking orders at us and treating us more like cattle than people. I get the need for safety and all of that but jeez lighten up a little. Food was mediocre. Don’t get a bottle drink if you don’t plan on chugging it - they take the cap so you don’t throw it.
