I went with my girls there was a van way passed out with a kid on the back I was gonna ask him if he need some but I kept in a eye in case she didn’t wake up the 4 hrs I was there I didn’t wanted to go up to the car with fake accusations but then the left trail bushes cover the path and on the right under the bridge there homeless people making fire and looking as you walk the path was also closed with cones but made a path through the grass but on the trail there no maps as you go in case if you want to see where you at my anxiety was over the top I love the chair in memorial but the park needs a clean it’s pretty dirty . Additionally we did not feel that it was safe with what looked like homeless people walking close to the interstate overpasses and hanging out on the edges of the wall. You could see or ornate wrought iron lamp posts, benches, and trash cans, up ahead, but they were impossible to access.
