I ordered three dinners at $11.49 and spoke to a young lady and she told me there was no record that i purchased the food there despite i have a receipt. The Food was Garbage‼️ I am expecting a full refund. The young lady accused me of being rude and told me upon my request that i am unable to speak with a manager. She went on to say there is no corporate office. I understood at that moment that this establishment has no integrity and that i was simply robbed out of $34.47 i will continue to seek a higher Authority that will show some business integrity. This place has an odd name but the food is not bad and the service is quick. The menu is has a huge variety. From Gyros and wings to quesadillas and burgers. I can't speak for the whole menu but when I want a quick gyro and wing combo (and yes I said combo) This is the place I go! Depending on how many people are in the joint (most people carryout) it can take up to 10-15 mins to get your food BUT if there's no one there but you and some of your cousins too. It should be only about 5 mins. They don't salt the fries. So use the season salt and lemon pepper at the counter. Oh and don't be offended if you don't get an extra huge smile at the counter. I used to love. This place, but the service the last few times has been less than par. Went to pick up our food one time to be told they had given it away because we got there 30 mins after ordering and she supposedly tried to call us several times, I never received a call. Then when we called to order again a couple weeks later the woman had us on speaker phone and was rather rude and indignant asking "are you even going to pick it up this time, cuz last time I got this order no one showed" which was not the case. Then I arrived 20 mins after ordering, which I was told it should be ready in 15-20 mins, only to find out they still hadn't started making our food yet and had to wait another 30 mins...
