Just some feedback on today’s experience. Only two workers on the floor. Older males. Which maybe fine most days for the traffic. Kind enough in their interactions but as a patron what I don’t appreciate is waiting in a line only to be paused in my check out because another random customer comes in and catches my cashiers attention. That patron needs to be directed to the back of the line or the courteous steps would have been to inquire if I minded waiting while he was helped. I wasn’t asked. And when I said to my cashier excuse me he eventually not immediately turned and said just a moment I’m helping this customer who had been instructed by the cashier and was walking to the other floor person for help. Why am I being further delayed? It’s the rudeness and lack of customer service for me. Lack of it to me the next customer in your line. Read moreI would like to give a big high five to Tony… the sales manager. My first experience with Tony goes back many years ago when he worked in the Geek Squad department of Best Buy. He went beyond the call of duty to fix my computer- I found him to be very personable and learned about his extensive background with computers. In short… he a great guy to know. I returned an Amazon order yesterday and received a 15% off coupon at the end of the return. Wow! I used it immediately! The young lady who checked me out at the register was precious and had a beautiful smile. I was at the store on 2-15-24 during late morning to mid-day. Update: Tony took great care of me again on 3-20-2025 helping me pick out HP printer to fit my needs. Read moreMy company was having a weekend sale and needed signs made & laminated for it. Our marketing team sent in the order to our local Staples store. Not only were the signs completed on time but the manager also made a point to come over and introduce himself while I was there. Michael Threat was not only knowledgeable about what they had done but also offered to help out in any way if the need arose for items needed quickly by our business. I immediately let my own manager know about it just in case that did come up. After our sale was over, Mr. Threat made a trip down to our store on his day off to make sure that everything was done correctly and we were satisfied.
