Liberty Cannabis Dispensary Madison Heights — Attraction in Madison Heights

First and for most, this place is EXPENSIVE. They barely have deals, and the deals they do have still make it feel like a rip off. I got 3 things and it was almost over 100$. while I expect that coming into places like this, I didn’t expect it like this. Now, was my first time here and I can say that place is very pretty to look at. Some of the employees are also nice, however, not all. The employee I had to help me was not informative. When I would try to ask more questions about a product it felt he was bothered to answer them. While he also cracked jokes with me and tried to “lighten the mood” his over all tone was distain. Now just as a reminder it was my first time here, while I don’t expect a free item or even a discount, I saw that they offered that and even posted it everywhere. I had mentioned it too the woman at the front desk and also the person who helped me. I was also told (because my Birthday is this week) that to remind him it’s my birthday during check out. Even though he was waiting for me to check in and heard her and mines conversation mentioning it, I still brought it up during check out. Yet I still got no discount nor free items. Altho This place is very nice and pretty, it is definitely not a disop that I will see myself recomming to others. However, I can say there is one hard redeeming quality of this place. Used to be a loyal customer to Liberty Cannabis until today when I went in and was accused of having a fake ID when again, I have been a loyal customer and have shopped there with my legal and valid drivers license for months. Dave at the front desk had a manger and two other women come up and look at my ID. He said it was valid when it was scanned but it looked fake because I have an enhanced license. He said that if it was fake he would not be allowed to give me my ID back and the female manager gave him permission to give it back to me which made no sense at all. They were rude, could not explain to me why all of a sudden after months of being a loyal customer my ID seemed fake and almost did not give it back to me. I will not be returning and would advise that you take your business to PUFF on John R in Madison heights were they have outstanding customer service and better...

Recently went here since it was the closest option at the time. People working the front desk were nice and told me someone who’s name I can’t exactly remember (Terry maybe?) would be taking care of me. A few moments later someone was holding the door open for me so I walked in the shopping area. A few moments later, another salesperson walked in the room and instantly started scolding me for not waiting for him at the door. He acted as if I was too stupid to follow directions and I was supposed to know everyone by name. After he stopped scolding me for not waiting for him, he continued to have a horrible attitude and give me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dispensary. Great people at the front but this salesperson sucked. Was truly gobsmacked with how upset this man got with me for no reason at all. Definitely will not...
