PUFF Cannabis Madison Heights Dispensary — Attraction in Madison Heights

If you're looking for a party store vibe for your cannabis needs, Puff Cannabis in Madison Heights is definitely the spot. As soon as we walked in, it was like stepping into a wonderland of options—rows upon rows of products from various growers. They don’t seem to carry their own line, or they may possibly be partnered with cloud cannabis. Which I think is actually a plus because it means more choices for us!

My husband and I are new patients at Puff, so we were stoked about the 15% discount. However, the catch was that it didn’t apply to sale items, and let's be real—who isn’t hunting for the best deal these days? We ended up loading our cart with sale items, so that discount was more of a tease than a treat.

One thing I missed here was the personal touch that other dispensaries often give. Usually, you get a little welcome gift, a rundown of their loyalty program, or a “this is how we roll” kind of spiel. It’s a great way for the staff to highlight what makes their spot unique, but that was MIA at Puff. I guess it’s all about the business here—efficient but not exactly memorable.

The vibes were good, and the staff was friendly, but I felt like I was being rushed through the process. No time to savor the experience, just in and out. However, I have to give them props for the sheer variety and decent quality of what we picked up.

All in all, I’m giving Puff Cannabis a solid 4 stars. They’ve got the goods, and if you’re all about variety and value, this place will hit the mark. But if you’re looking for something a little more personal or unique, you might leave wishing for that extra...

Puff has lost my business. Permanently. Every location. This just happens to be the most recent one I purchased from.

I placed an order online. I received a call stating that they did not have one of the items that was showing available online. But they stated that they do have the same product in a prepack form instead of deli. Ok, no big deal, but the prepack is more expensive. I asked if they could price match, as it is the same product and they inadvertently showed it available online. After being placed on hold for a few minutes, I was told no, they cannot price match it. I ended up swapping it for another item.

I then arrive to pick up my order via curbside. I call and tell them I am there for pick up. The gentleman stated "ok, I will be out in a couple of minutes". I then proceeded to wait about 15 minutes until the order was brought out to me.

I understand they are likely short staffed, but their inability to adequately staff their business should not be the customer's problem. L

My experience at every local dispensary has been similar. I get it, the product basically sells itself, so what incentive do they have to provide any sort of customer service? People will keep showing up regardless of the level of service.

Does anybody have a local dispensary they can recommend where i might be able to avoid these...

I went into this store today for the first time and it was an amazing experience. I before was doing curb side pick up. All the staff was so nice, welcoming, and have so much knowledge. In particular I would like to say how great John was today. He helped me out big time and gave some recommendations and I went with them. I was thinking about possibly trying a certain product but decided not to as I already got what I came for but it caught my eye lol i didn’t want to spend more money then I planned to so he found something that was a little cheaper but about the same quality. He took his time and he made sure any questions I had got answered and he then filled me in on everything I didn’t know about like the punch card 🤦🏼‍♀️ yep dozens of orders and didn’t have a clue lol 😂 I love this place and totally tell people to go there!!! If you have questions or want something and have a certain budget they will get ya taken care of I’m sure but I know John for sure will.
