We are from Milwaukee, WI and I am a huge fan of the Mountains of NC and I wanted to introduce my kids to my favorite part of the country, so we decided to stay in Cherokee. On the way in to the campground we drove through Maggie Valley and saw this cute Mini Golf Course off the side of the road. We stopped to play since we are huge Mini Golf fans and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Everything is par 2 which is definitely possible but you better be really good; also keeps it extremely family friendly. We played our first time on a weekend then the second time on a weekday and had zero wait and only 2 other parties also golfing. The sweet lady running the show was super nice and I assume she was the owner as well. Read moreMy husband and I came on a beautiful Saturday morning and had a lovely time. We chose the yellow course, there are two separate courses you can choose from. The course was fun and well maintained. Neat antique displays and fun challenges. The clerk was very nice and we enjoyed our morning very much. I also walked through the shop area which had some fun and unique antique items and pretty reasonable prices. It is a gravel parking area but.m, not rutted. The reason I only gave four stars was the bathrooms were not clean and didn’t have a way to dry one’s hands. As a paying customer bathrooms should always be maintained and tidy.
