We were pressed for time and saw breakfast depot thinking it'd be a convenience store type thing where you grab an already made sandwich or yogurt or something (since we didn't have time to wait at a restaurant), but this place is an actual restaurant and they make their food from scratch. We asked if they could have anything ready within 10 minutes and they brought out homemade biscuits & gravy in 2 minutes along with 2 fried eggs! Those were the best eggs I've ever had and the gravy was delicious with real sausage. Highly recommend!! The owners/chefs are very friendly and accomodating. They mentioned the recipes were passed down from their family. The place is clean and very quaint and cute inside. This place has amazing breakfast sandwiches!!! It was quick, hot and fresh! My husband decided to get the full gravy instead of the half and he loved every bite of it!! I got a Cuban Locamotive with Ham, Turkey, Swiss cheese and a fried egg to your liking. It's on grilled Texas Toast with herb butter and it was soooo yummy!! You can really tell they source and use high quality ingredients. Cooked perfectly!! It's hard to get bacon out just how you like it, but my husband said his bacon was perfectly crispy!! It's just breakfast sandwiches, so don't expect a side of hadhbrowns or tater tots, but we found the portions were big enough that we were perfectly full without potatoes on the side!!! We love this place so much!! Maggie Valley needed a great spot for a quick breakfast when you're on the go like us! We are always busy in the mornings and don't always have time to sit in a restaurant to have breakfast, so this has definitely been our go-to spot lately! Our kids love it, too! Their favorite is the bacon, egg, and cheese crousants! You also can't beat their breakfast burrito! So good!
