From the moment you walk into Sippers in the Valley, you're greeted with an energy that's both bustling and incredibly welcoming. The first thing you'll notice? The line. Yes, it can be long, but trust me, it’s a testament to how good this place is, and it moves faster than you’d expect. Don't let it deter you—the coffee, and the experience, are absolutely worth the wait. The baristas here are in a league of their own. They're not just making drinks; they're crafting an experience with a smile and a genuine passion for what they do. Watching them work is like watching a performance—they're incredibly cool, efficient, and they handle the rush with an impressive, calm confidence. I'm a bit of a mocha connoisseur, and my Mocha latte was divine. Rich, perfectly balanced, and exactly the kind of warm, chocolatey hug I was looking for. But the real star of our visit was my wife's order: a decaf London Fog. This is one of those drinks that's notoriously hard to get right, and finding a decaf version is like finding a unicorn. Sippers didn't just have it; they made it perfectly. The flavor was spot-on, and it was a delightful surprise that truly made her day. Sippers in the Valley is more than just a coffee shop—it's a destination. The atmosphere is vibrant, the staff is top-notch, and the drinks are spectacular. If you're in the area and have a few minutes to spare, do yourself a favor and get in line. You...
Read moreThe barista is the best! We're coffee snobs that visit local coffee shops often and intentionally seek them out when traveling. I can say without a doubt that she was the most personable and engaging barista we've encountered in our travels over the years. We returned the next day and she even remembered all 4 people's orders down to the milk used in each one. We of course changed it up to try something different that second visit, but we were all impressed. After all, not many baristas would even recognize a returning tourist, much less remember their order 36 hours later. The coffee blend is good, the flavor combos are excellent. My traveling party said the apple cinnamon fritters were excellent. All in all, a great experience with decent prices compared to other shops we've...
Read moreWe were doing a festival in town and looking forward to some good coffee. Unfortunately since they open at 10am it was too late for us every day of the festival. Finally on Sunday we had extra time to go and showed up at 9:57 only to have the door grabbed outta my hand and the gentleman barking “we’re closed” at us. I tried to ask the time but couldn’t get an answer. We were 3 minutes early. Honestly sir, we probably would’ve taken more than 3 minutes to decide what we wanted. We were planning on getting donuts & coffee for our crew which probably would’ve been a good start to your day. We ended up at another establishment down the road. I rarely post bad reviews because I don’t want to hurt a small business, but the customer service could use some...
