Granted, it was over the 2019-2021 time period, but school lessons ended and we honestly forgot about my daughter's instrument; it didnt show up on the online portal and M&A stopped billing... so when we realized we still had her instrument, we thought they were just offering a grace period. Nope. I owed $$$ for a year and a half of rental for an instrument that sat in the back of a closet. Since she stopped playing and my other child started, I thought I'd just return it and hold onto the credit built up during the rental period. That didn't work either.
