I visit Marathon Key once a year and my friend and I always shop at this store when weâre there. I recently bought two shirts for my dad for Fatherâs Day. The size i bought didnât fit him correctly so he called the store and offered to pay all shipping costs in order to exchange the shirts for the correct size. He spoke to the manager over the phone and she absolutely refused to exchange the size at no cost to her or the store and insisted that his only option would be to exchange it at their store. Since we live in Jacksonville which is a 16 hour round trip drive, this was beyond unreasonable. The manager was very rude and unprofessional and was unwilling to offer any other suggestions aside from us driving from Jacksonville to Marathon to exchange two shirts. Iâm extremely disappointed that i bought these two shirts which are now useless. This policy of theirs where you have to go into the store to exchange something makes no sense since this is a tourist shop. Almost all of their customers donât live in close enough proximity to be able to physically show up to the store to...

Not only do they have the best selection of sandals and tropical gear, but the staff makes it an experience you'll never forget. Suzzee is AMAZING-she's like your favorite. She knows the store inside and out, Samantha too and somehow makes picking out sandals feel like the highlight of your trip. And then there's Joshâor at least his hilarious mannequin version! Whoever came up with that setup deserves a medal. It had me cracking up the whole time, and let's just say it's perfect for a selfie. The store itself is spotless, packed with great finds, and has a super fun vibe. If you're in Marathon, don't just drive by-pull in, meet Suzzee, grab a pair of sandals (or three), and take a picture with Josh. You'll thank me later lol đ then head over to Sombreo Beach or...
Read moreRough visit today. I shopped at another one down the road and it was okay, but this one today was horrible service. Cashier actually told me to get an item from the shelf with a tag on it and accused my granddaughter of taking the tag off. She is 4 and searched for just the one she wanted. It had no tag. Then when I didn't go get another one, he tried to charge me for the larger version, which was 10 dollars more. Then when my son found another one with the tag, he suggested he give us a discount, which he did, then refused to give me the military discount I'm entitled to because he said he already gave it. He was rude as we approached the counter, ignoring us for several minutes. Horrible service for a tourist destination. Needs a...
