Not family friendly at all. Don't go here, especially in the evening. Such a fun and beautiful place when we were here October of 2021, but this time, the woman at the desk was beyond disrespectful and rude. My family and I attempted to golf here a week ago and arrived around 8pm. Sign on the window states that last tee time is at 9. As we approached the window to pay, the woman grumbled something under her breath about how, "Everyone always comes when they are about to close." We quickly decided that we weren't interested in staying. We tried again yesterday evening and were disappointed to find that the same woman was working at the window. She again, audibly displayed her disgust for the fact that there were people wishing to golf and that she was going to be late for something. Let me add, we paid at exactly 8:12pm and last tee time was still posted as being 9pm. We proceeded to begin golfing and paid close attention to the over 3 dozen people that she continued to turn away. Spoke with one of the families on their way back to their car and the dad said that she told him that there was a big party waiting....There was absolutely no one waiting. As we were nearing the end of the course, she began to come out onto the greens and stand there, about five feet from where we were and watch us golf. She clearly wanted us to hurry up. This saddens me because this is such a beautiful spot to miniature golf. However, our most recent experience was so appalling, that we will most likely not be returning. There is a nice miniature golf course in Naples that I'm sure we could...
Read moreThis review does not reflect the course itself. We had a great time. However, today my sister in law, my 3 year old niece, my 5 year old nephew, and I were treated extremely poorly. We parked in their lot, not realizing it was theirs. When the woman came out to tell us the lot was theirs, my sister in law immediately went to move our vehicle, but not before this woman belittled us for an honest mistake. Then, as I was standing there with the kids waiting for my sister in law, a second woman came out. She was extremely condescending to me. She rudely asked if we had parked there before and gotten away with it. I told her I had no idea because this was our first time ever being on marco island. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and tell me the only free parking was across the street, but we wouldnt be able to find any because we were too late. We did find a place to park and this must have upsst the lady because she then stormed off to the office. I understand there are parking rules on the island, and it was our mistake in the first place, but this is a tourist destination, and if you're going to treat them this way, it...
Read moreQuite literally the best maintained miniature golf course I've ever played. All 18 holes had clean, well-installed putting surfaces, with some creative paths to the hole including tubes, multiple options, and water features.
This was complimented by the fact that you're surrounded by an incredibly well-manicured garden of tropical flowers and plants. Putting next to fragrant Plumeria was a plus.
25 bucks for me and my kid isn't necessarily cheap. But with ample, free bottled water on ice stationed around the course, the quality of the greens, the practice green, the lush garden environment, the convenience of Sunday morning hours, and very clean bathrooms make it very valuable.
My 5 year old loved it. He even made his first hole-in-one; followed by another a few holes later. But don't let that fool you; the course isn't easy, but a good mix of challenge and creativity.
After we were done we drove 1/8 of a mile, parked at the Turtle lot, changed clothes, and spent the rest of the day on the beach.
I'm sure...
