Baker and Baker is absolutely the best. I have had several dealings with Larry Hall, the owner. He went above and beyond any expectations I may have had.

I recently sent some things to him hoping for a certain amount due to some medical financial issues. He said he would be happy to help me and as always, in Hall style, went above and beyond. He paid more than what I had asked and mailed a check out the day he received my package. Times are difficult right now for all. Baker and Baker (the Hall family) has many employees depending on them to stay in business. I would hope anyone would patronize these wonderful folks. They are the most honest and compassionate people around. You can't go wrong in dealing with Baker and Baker. They have been around for over 100 years...and it's very apparent as to why.

Larry Hall will always be my jeweler. It is just difficult to find good old-fashioned customer service like this nowadays. Take your business there and you will no doubt, leave as friend for a lifetime. Larry isn't just nice, he is the most knowledgeable jeweler in this area.

My boyfriend and I originally went to Baker and Baker to look at engagement rings. Neither of us had any idea what we were looking at when it came to diamonds or rings. Charla literally helped us every step of the way. She is super knowledgeable, very honest and extremely friendly! After I picked my setting, she worked directly with my boyfriend for budgeting and diamond selection. Once everything was ordered, the turn around time was so quick! We had such an amazing experience with the purchase of my engagement ring, we decided to go back to Charla for both of our wedding bands. I was able to text her my idea of what I wanted and she had rings ready for me to look at when we came. We both left after picking out wedding bands saying how glad we were went back because of how helpful Charla was. I would HIGHLY recommend Charla and Baker and Baker for any jewelry needs. Wish I could leave them more than 5 stars. I met Larry (the owner) when he was car shopping for a young man that had just gotten out of jail (I believe he said he was mentoring him). I could tell then that I wanted to give my business to someone who gives back as much as he does. fast forward a year. I went in to have a couple different things fixed on my rings today. I couldn't have had a better experience! VERY personable and makes you feel like you truly have the most beautiful jewelry (even if you didn't purchase it there). He and his staff took the time to talk with me about my options and I just felt great about leaving my jewelry with them.
