This light show requires listing a check in time, but there's no clear reason for that. We selected 7:30 PM, and arrived there a few minutes early to find a line outside of the venue stretching over a mile back and blocking traffic on a major highway. Once you get on the property, which takes an hour, you'd thing you are almost there. You would be wrong. It took another 90 minutes to get to the place where they check tickets. If you don't have one I wonder what they would do, there's absolutely no way to leave without going through at that point. Once the ticket was checked, it took another half hour to be permitted through, which leads to another half mile of line which deliberately obscures the view of the lights until you reach the official start. In total, it was supposed to take 30 minutes to drive through, but we reached the end in 25 minutes, and despite taking our time, people were rushing us through and trying to get us out of there as quickly as possible.

This entire experience proved to be a money grubbing scam. The lights were no more impressive than free events I have seen, and those run far better, only taking a total of perhaps 40 minutes to wait, then getting free range of several lights in an undirected path, at a leisurely pace.

Hard pass, avoid at all costs. Demand refunds if you fell for the scam, this was shameful in all possible ways. The organizers should feel ashamed of themselves. Over selling the event made it completely unenjoyable, and it simply wasn't worth near the price the...

We had scheduled for 7:30 and were told to be there at 7:30, come to find out that they “over booked” how do you overbook something that is planned in advanced, we waited in line for an hour and some change just to see a tiny show of lights in which we didn’t even go see, people kept cutting in line making the line longer and having two kids that can’t sit in a line for long we left because its outrageous how you have to schedule it but you can’t even manage anything, oh and we tried calling over and over again for a refund and they scammed us out of our money, there should be a refund other than to reschedule because I work full time and Saturday is my only time and I’m not rescheduling to waste another weekend night of my life waiting in line because these people can’t micro manage anything especially not letting people schedule at 5:30 then change it to 7:30 they are very unprofessional and their phone number doesn’t even work to call them, who wants to wait 2hrs just to drive through 5mins of lights and pay $60, outrageous, no organization at all and no customer support! If I could give this place 0...

We went on Tuesday Nov 23 at 6:30. It was a great time because it was not crowded at all. It's set up with row after row of themed lights which all change to the music, which you listen to on a radio station. Because everyone drives in the same direction, having some headlights on wasn't really a problem. This is clearly a miracle of technology that so many light changes can occur because it's all a program. I have to say it was slightly disappointing for me because there was not much variation in light size or height. Shapes and colors, yes. But there were no surprises. You drove, you looked at the lights on the right and the left, and apart from the color changes there was not a whole lot of variety. Yes there were gingerbread men, and candy canes, and Christmas trees, and drummer boys, and stars, and musical instruments, and everything else you'd want to see in a Christmas light show, but it was all the same height. However, the children aged 4-6-9 and 11 really enjoyed it and even my hard-to-please husband said he liked it. It was a good night out and definitely...

Boy does this have horrible reviews....both online and when talking about going with friends. Decided to do a review because we absolutely loved it! We got tickets about a month ago (thought the price was well worth it). When we arrived we were escorted in quickly - even tho all the rows were completely packed (BTW - it was very easy to get into the line and even easier to pull out when done). The staff was very, very friendly. The cars move very slowly so the kids loved hanging out the window or sunroof. The local station had good music but we turned on our playlist with the songs we all liked. The kids loved the 3D glasses too. They had such a wide variety of lights - it was really creative! I cannot think of one negative thing to even mention. The best, I think, was the "snow"! We already want to go again. LOL (our visit was at Candy Rush in Atlanta)
