First positive: they have a nice collection of Hawaiian artisan crafts, from clothing to jewelery, art, crafts and home goods.

The TRUTH NOW regarding the people: No Aloha in this store from employees or the owner. I spent over $350 in gifts and received ZERO welcome walking in the store, knowone offered any sales assistance, even though there were four employees, including the owner there. Upon checkout i asked about the return policy: they DONT1 have one. You can only receive a store credit IF YOU KEEP THE ITEM IN 100% INTACT AS PURCHASED with tag on AND your receipt. So upon coming back to exchange an i item that didn't work out, again, received absolution zero welcome from the owner or the two employees behind the counter. I was RUDELY told by the owner I could exchange if the tags were in place and that "I HAVE TO INSPECT" to ensure the item meets those conditions. I purchased additional items and ONLY THEN did i receive an Aloha on my psyment and as the owner stated, " you payed more than you originally purchased." I like to support local small business but this owner needs to go to an etiquette and customer service college course. She is A HORRIBLE...

I was excited when I found this store online. The staff was friendly and most of the merchandise was of good quality. However, in looking for something authentic and not your normal tourist souvenirs there was nothing in a reasonable price range for teenagers and children. I wanted to take home something rooted culture and support the native community but I was very disappointed. I settled on a tee shirt for my nephew that was about $27 but when I picked it up the material was so thin I could see through it. Sadly I am taking home stuff I could find in any beach vacation community...

I absolutely love this store. It is more of a boutique in my mind. I highly recommend it to anyone living on or visiting the island. The curated collection of high quality Hawaiian designs and locally produced products is second to none for the island. We are blessed to have this store on Maui.
