I went there for a breakfast craving on a rainy morning, my first time visiting Maui and staying close to the coffee shop. I liked the taste of the food and the chai tea latte was delicious. Really liked the milky taste it had, wasn’t diluted with water like other places do. I had the breakfast burrito which I thought was kind of small when I got it. But then when I ate it I thought it was a good enough portion. The delivery of the food took a bit longer than I expected, price wise I think it was a little expensive, I know it’s hawaii but the prices are quite expensive. Like my chai tea latte hot (large) was $7, I got a really big cheese danish that was also delicious and i asked them to warm it up, that was $4 and the breakfast burrito was $9 or $10. The place looks very cool though with the decor and they seem to have many events during the week, it was quiet when I went there. Free WiFi too, nice to get some work done or read while...

Great place to come and hang out. Coffee is good (dark roast was what we tried). The bagel bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich was hot. Portion was good and very filling. The avocado toast sandwich was the best sandwich we have had on the island. Both sandwiches were ordered with bacon and there was plenty of it. Being from California, avocados are plentiful year round and taste great. I was glad the sandwich was topped off with avocado. My sister had to share because the sandwich was large. Atmosphere is so laid back. At times it was difficult to know who worked here vs whose a customer. Employees did however clean and serve customers as needed. Musicians welcome home! This place is inspiring to talented people. My sister played the piano on the lower level dining/stage area and was also invited to play the Ukuleles. To bad she...

I asked the barista if the cocao cold brew was super sweet because I don't like sweet coffee, she assured me it wasn't because she would go easy on the syrup. Unfortunately, the coffee I received was, in fact, closer to a milkshake than a coffee drink. When I asked if she could just replace it with a normal cold brew, she told me that was against policy. I'm not sure why she wouldn't have just been honest with me about the nature of the drink so I could have ordered something not sweet in the first place, or, at the very least, make right HER mistake which ended up costing me $6 :( This, in addition to my absolute garbage $14 sandwich (wilted lettuce with 2 pieces of unseasoned chicken) was a huge waste of money. Cute place but you're better off at Wailuku...

Best coffee shop on the island! It’s a cute little mom and pop coffee shop. This place is super underrated. Some of my favorites at the coffee attic is their rum cake, lilikoi (passionfruit) pie, the frosty strawberry lemonade with li Hing mui, the avocado toast with bacon, and the strongest Thai iced coffee on the island. The Thai iced coffee is what got me through all my college years. They put coffee ice cubes in the Thai iced tea so it doesn’t get watered down as well. It’s the little details like that which makes this place the best. The owners and the workers are very down to earth. The coffee shop has a comfy, cozy, chill vibe. They also host little gigs here and there so you can enjoy your coffee and snack with some music. Never disappointed whenever I stop by.

Im obsessed with the vibe here! Its so creative! It reminds me of those high school attic transformations where everyone chills out, shares secrets and has a good time! The staff members were incredibly sweet as well! There was a singer performing great music and a beautiful sitting area outside. I ordered a cream cheese everything bagel with avocado and my husband ordered the Lox bagel and they were both delicious! We ate before we went to the airport and didn’t eat until over 24 hours later and the bagels really sustained us haha. I also had the Sea Salt Caramel iced latte and it was delicious! Ended way too quickly! I definitely recommend stopping by!

My family and I were in Maui for vacation and stayed at a hostel down the road from Maui Coffee Attic. Our first morning we stopped in and found the coffee to be some of the best we've ever had. Over our 10 day visit we stopped in for coffee most mornings and found the staff to he friendly and engaging. By the end of our visit, they recognized us! Love that personal connection. Came home with t-shirts and a hat from Maui Coffee Attic and wish we'd purchased one more hat! (P.S. If they have the ginger honey scones, go for it. Amazing.)
