We recently renovated our 2 bedroom and den penthouse at the Wailea Beach Villas and are very pleased with the results and service that Kristin and her team namely Amanda and their right hand man Scott provided to us. They were able to recommend and implement the correct amount of improvement steps (cost/effort wise) to satisfy our goal to refresh our rental property and yet still maintain the level of luxury we expect. They really went above and beyond ... highly dependable and responsive.

Kristin’s extensive wealth of knowledge of Maui’s contacts and the in’s and out’s of working with Contractors, orders and deliveries was very much appreciated and very well implemented. Swan Interiors is a highly talented team and easy to work with. Amanda and the team were always very pleasant to work with, courteous, attentive and responsive. Amanda would get back to us promptly and provided us with alternate options when we asked. We should also note the excellent attention to detail was very much appreciated.

The Swan Interiors office staff were great to deal with administratively as well. Their proposals and estimates were always well documented and referenced and their billing system very professional.

Overall from our experience we would highly recommend Swan Interiors to anyone contemplating refresh, remodel or interior design projects.

My wife and I do not usually take the time to write reviews regarding products and services, but this is a review that is a pleasure to write. Our former home in California was decorated in a very traditional, French-country style, but Kristin Holmes and her staff of Swan Interiors gave our new Maui home a completely new style and color palette that we simply had not considered, yet one we love every day. When our home was completed, she had transformed each room into a tasteful, elegant, island style with a comfortable feeling tone. The colors, furniture, window treatments, etc., work very well together, creating a home that flows from room to room. Also, Kristin's designs are unique to each project.

The outcome of this project was excellent, but getting it completed was truly an enjoyable journey. Kristin and her staff took care of everything. Her meticulous attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this project. She also worked within our budget and always took into consideration our ideas. It is important and refreshing to add that Kristin and her staff are highly trained, very professional, and their follow-through was excellent.

Finally, the best recommendation I can give is when friends and family visit us, the first words we usually hear are, "Your home is absolutely beautiful." We think so, too.

We had already found the new master bedroom furniture we wanted online and went to Swan to order it. It was the start of what I'm sure will be a long relationship.

Amanda was helpful and charming and put together a great presentation adding accessories and lamps. Wanting to see how things came together before accessorizing, we went with just the lamps. Amanda kept in touch regarding the progress of the order and it was all beautiful when it was delivered. The delivery crew was great and it was a nice touch having Kristin (the owner) come with.

The store is out of the way for us (we're in Makena) and a bit on the small side but its a testimony to quality vs quantity and well worth the trip for art, accessories, rugs, furniture and to consult with the designers. We went back last week to inquire about a tall wall-leanining mirror to add to the bedroom. Amanda sourced something that we love and are now just awaiting its long trip from the mainland.
