The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua Spa — Attraction in Maui

I’ve been to many high end spas and this is one (if not the) best. From the moment you walk, you’re surrounded by genuine, first-class hospitality. I ended up enjoying my massage so much that I came back for a second treatment. The space is wonderfully spacious and I felt I had the entire place to myself even though it was the peak of the holiday season. Andrea was my massage therapist and it was incredible. I felt she was attentive to identifying each ache, pain and point of tension and went above and beyond to make it a perfect experience. This Hotel is amazin! The staff, the rooms are comfortable that you feel like home, they don't miss any details, the housekeeping department ladies are so sweet and they do the job with dedication and attention to detail, the front desk make us feel very welcome, informative and helpful at the breakfast the restaurant is not missing anything they have everything for everybody, at the pool the cabana have water, sodas etc and the staff check on you regularly so you don't have to be looking for them. Beautiful resort set in the midst of stunning views. Despite some big service issues, the breakfast staff Amee and others were fantastic and really looked after us. The hotel general manager Melissa was very understanding and extremely professional. The food is a little restricted for vegetarians but there are options if you ask the staff enough.
